At lunchtime step up from the pool and enjoy a crisp fresh salad and a chilled glass of local white, or a sandwich to recapture some energy for the tennis courts. The terrace view is pretty, overlooking our pool, surrounded by white dry-stone walls and then the ancient fort and traditional trulli.

Evening cocktails are especially delicious with the pool lit up and the soft hum of the cicadas. Each day the menu features the freshest produce to have inspired the chef.

The dining room is light and spacious, and has an especially relaxed atmosphere for families. With the glittering marbled floor, it lends itself to private events moving seamlessly from dining to bar and dancing.
