Cooking Class

We are delighted to offer a fine taste of the Apulian countryside in this culinary experience. Il Melograno is our sister hotel, and one of the finest masseria in Puglia, a 17th century nobleman’s country estate. It has an excellent cookery school where the enthusiastic chefs will teach you some delicious Apulian recipes in a menu developed to your preference. Enjoy your homemade dishes seated on a sunlit terrace. Your meal will be judiciously paired with selected local wines perhaps a white Fiano, Primitivo Rosé or red Negroamaro. The cooking class at Melograno Masseria is not available on week ends and subject to availability. It is even possible to attend cooking class in other Masseria in the nearby village of Conversano or Savelletri. It is necessary to book in advance at the reception.
