Il Melograno is our sister hotel, and one of the finest masseria in Puglia, a 17th century nobleman’s country estate. Enjoy your homemade dishes seated on a sunlit terrace. Your meal will be judiciously paired with selected local wines perhaps a white Fiano, Primitivo Rosé or red Negroamaro. The cooking class is scheduled on wednesdays and friday, not available on week ends, and subject to availability. It is even possible to attend cooking class in other Masseria in the nearby villages of Conversano and Monopoli. It is necessary to book in advance at the reception.
