At lunchtime step up from the pool and enjoy a crisp fresh salad and a chilled glass of local white, or a sandwich to re-energise for the tennis courts. The terrace view is pretty, overlooking the pool, surrounded by white dry-stone walls and then an ancient fort and traditional trulli.

Evening cocktails are especially delicious with the pool lit up and the soft hum of the cicadas. Each day the menu features the freshest produce to inspire the chef.

The dining room is light and spacious, and has an especially relaxed atmosphere for families. With a glittering marble floor, it lends itself to private events and moves seamlessly from dining to bar and dancing.
