Cala Ponte Hotel is renowned amongst sporting fraternity, it is the team base during the Cala Ponte Triweek, and the choice of many stars in Polignano a Mare’s Red Bull high diving championships. Sailors berthing at our Cala Ponte Marina particularly enjoy our pools and relaxation facilities.

Join in with a swift game of five a side, bring the family and your friends. There is also a floodlit tennis court with rackets and balls available at reception.

Guests have two swimming pools, both with loungers and pool towels. One pool is beneath our dining terrace, with soft curves and gently sloping shallows. An enticing expanse of blue by the dry-stone walls, and an idyllic scene of holiday luxury illuminated at night.

The upper pool is usually the quieter preserve of adults. It has delightful views over an ancient trulli, the conical roofed houses for which Puglia is renowned, and also the imposing stone walls of an old fort.
